Dalibor Kiselica

Dalibor focuses on corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, area of reneable energy sources, and aviation law. Dalibor gained extensive experience in regulatory sectors. He acted as one of the leading investors' counsels in the Slovak state gas industry privatization; the largest privatization transaction to date in central Europe.
